SHIPPING

Parcels under 30 kg are shipped to the address of your choice (home or workplace, for example) via Bpost, GLS, or DPD. Orders are usually dispatched the same day or the day after payment has been received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel.
Shipping rates and delivery times are provided before proceeding to payment.

Delivery times for parcels under 30 kg* (non-exhaustive list)
Zone 1: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 24h
Zone 2: Metropolitan France*: 48h to 72h
Zone 3: Germany: 48h
Zone 4: Spain*, Poland, Austria: 72h
Zone 5: Italy, Portugal*: 72h to 96h

Parcels over 30 kg are shipped via carriers specialised in heavy or oversized items.

Delivery times for parcels over 30 kg*
– Heavy parcels over 30 kg: 2 to 5 days
– Special items such as wooden garden products (raised beds, swings, etc.): approx. 10 days
– Special items such as sheds (garden shed, carport, pavilion, garage, etc.): between 4 and 6 weeks

* The delivery times mentioned are standard estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays. These times apply from the moment the parcel is shipped. Exceptional circumstances (strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, etc.) may affect the indicated delivery times. Please refer to our general terms and conditions for more details.
* Delivery to Corsica: yes, for certain articles. Delivery to French overseas territories: no.
* Delivery to Spanish and Portuguese islands: no.

RETURNS

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return any item that does not suit you.

Please note that products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and manuals, in perfect resale condition, unused, with no marks or damage. Otherwise, the products will be returned to you at your expense and will neither be refunded nor exchanged.

Return procedure:
Carefully place the item back in its original packaging;
Contact our support team via our “Contact Us” page;
You will receive an email with the return instructions;
A refund will be issued once the parcel has been received and inspected by our returns centre.
